What is Cleansing?
A cleanse is simply when you increase the ability of your body to detoxify itself. This process allows your digestive system to rest while fully nourishing your body with live enzymes, minerals, vitamins, phytochemicals, antioxidants, amino acids and water. The length of a cleanse varies based on your current level of health and prior experience with juice cleansing. We offer two options for beginners and expert cleansers. In addition, our Cleansing Coaches are available to personalize a cleanse program to suit your individual needs.

Before YOU start your Cleanse…
In preparation for your cleanse, we suggest modifying your diet up to a week before you begin. We recommend consuming the following:

  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water
  • Herbal tea
  • Enjoy organic fruits and vegetables freely especially dark leafy greens
  • organic grains Beans and lentils
  • Raw nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower, etc.)
  • Fresh salads If you eat meat, stick to a serving of lean protein (organic)

Foods to eliminate from Diet:

  • Alcohol Processed foods Caffeine
  • All white sugars and products containing it (cookies, cakes, packaged foods, candy)
  • White flour
  • Eliminate Nicotine To introduce the juices to your system before cleansing, you can also drink two or more cold pressed juices during the day and enjoy a sensible dinner.
During Your Cleanse…
Drinking a juice every 2 to 2 ½ hours ensures that you flood your body with nutrients throughout
the day. Start your day with a glass of water with lemon Drink all of your daily cold-pressed juices in the order given In between juices, drink plenty of water
Keep juices refrigerated Rest when you’re tired Exfoliate your skin, get in the sauna, and take hot baths Exercise lightly and try yoga As you become more experienced with juice cleansing, you will learn how your body responds best.
After Your Cleanse…
Return gradually to eating solid foods after your juice cleanse. The first day after your cleanse,
drink cold-pressed juices and smoothies, eat soups, and consume lots of organic fruits and
vegetables. At this point, your body will feel rejuvenated so take this experience to create new,
healthy eating habits. Build momentum towards a healthier and balanced lifestyle.
Do not jump into strenuous or exhausting activities right after your juice cleanse.
